  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Stated shipping dates on the Popcorn Media and acknowledgement emails is an estimated delivery date and does not form any contractual agreement between you and us. Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to return your order within 15 days of dispatch, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us, failure to do so may result in us refusing your Return and Refund. The vast majority of orders are delivered on time, but from time to time items may go missing in the mail. If you believe your order is missing or lost after 10 days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us. The shipping charges on orders from Popcorn Media only cover transit and insurance. For non U.S. customers there may be additional import duties or taxes imposed. If any duties or taxes need to be paid they are the sole responsibility of you the customer and are not included in the shipping charges paid to Popcorn Media. Stated dispatch dates are working days only (Monday to Friday) and do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: You may purchase merchandise from this web site by using any one of the payment options listed in Payment Options. Popcorn Media reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason up to a period of 30 days after the order has been placed but not dispatched. For our Movie Star Camp and TV Star School acting experiences, cancellations can be made up until the first day of class with a full refund, however the production fee is non-refundable (usually between $35-$75 depending upon the class) due to the extra effort required by the instructors to make script changes at the last minute and/or reprint for an entire class. Products maybe returned within 15 days of them being received from us for whatever reason and full credit will be given for the product, provided they are in like new condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods (with a signature service) and we will not accept any responsibility until the goods have been signed for at our location. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.
